Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policies

All CoachED Cricket offers free memberships with sample content, paid memberships with premium content as well as single payment services which have pre-requisites associated to each. Please take note before selecting and paying for a service, plan, product or course.

Subscriptions cannot be paused. Subscriptions can only be cancelled or downgraded.

CoachED Cricket reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription to any CoachED Cricket membership course at any time and for any reason. CoachED Cricket does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes both month-to-month and annual plans.

Similarly, it is your responsibility to evaluate CoachED Cricket, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting any Paid Subscription or Course. CoachED Cricket will not issue refunds to customers on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. System incompatibility based on system requirements should be tested using the free membership account.

The above policies apply to all CoachED Cricket product, plans, services and courses, which may or may not include a subscription plan, unless otherwise noted in membership materials. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for specific policies.

Fees, Refunds and Charges

Subscription Fees

Subscribers/Users/Institutes/Organisations etc. (further referred to as “Client” shall pay for all required subscription fees, and hereby authorizes CoachED Cricket (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s channel subscription and billing page. Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. Client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency.

Cancellations

Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their channel subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans). Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their CoachED Cricket Account and going to the applicable channel or billing page, clicking settings and choosing the “Change” or “Cancel” options under subscription and billing. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Client can learn how to cancel, delete, or update their account on the relevant page on their user dashboard. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You must action the cancellation or update 2 days before the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.

Refunds for recurring subscriptions.

All CoachED Cricket subscriptions is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. CoachED Cricket does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. The annual subscriptions’ automatic renewal is for the same period of time as your original subscription. The monthly subscriptions’ automatic renewal is for a month.

Refunds for Short Courses, Certifications and Accreditations.

Refunds or cancellations can only be issued if:

  • you have requested it in writing, within the first 3 days of registering for the Course, Certification or Accreditation.
  • you have not started or completed (or attempted to complete) any test, quiz, assignment, essay, or examination; and
  • you have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Accreditation Certificate (whether digital or physical) on the course.

Once your access to the paid course run has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any tests, or receive a digital or printed certificate for the course run. There will be no refunds for any online courses once a course has been accessed in any manner.

CoachED Cricket’s Refund Policy for Annual Plans.

CoachED Cricket is committed to the success of our users, but through experience we have found that users have varying requirements, capabilities, and limitations with regard to the types of devices and software they can use, the way their local network is configured, the speed of their internet connection, etc.

These issues will certainly impact a customer’s ability to use CoachED Cricket as it is intended.

Accordingly, CoachED Cricket offers a Free Membership Account, for users to evaluate our learner management system and its compatibility with their specific environment.

CoachED Cricket also offers a Month-to-Month Subscription Plan, which allows customers to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel at any time without penalty. We recommend this option for most customers, especially those that do not have full certainty or control over their technology environment.

Finally, CoachED Cricket offers an Annual Subscription Plan at a significant discount. We recommend this plan for customers who are certain that CoachED Cricket is compatible with their environment. It is your responsibility to evaluate CoachED Cricket, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting the Annual Plan.

If you are not certain that CoachED Cricket is a fit for your use case and environment, then you should not choose the Annual Plan.

CoachED Cricket will not issue refunds to Annual Plan customers on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions.

If you choose the Annual Plan, you are entering into a one-year subscription contract that will automatically renew after 12 months after you sign up. You are responsible for paying for the entire subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription before the term of your subscription renewal date, then you will still have access to its benefits until it expires.

Third Party Charges.

Client shall directly pay the fees and charges for all third party vendors whose services Client uses in connection with the Services (e.g., internet access providers, telephone carriers, etc.). In addition to any fees charged by CoachED Cricket, CoachED Cricket reserves the right to charge Client for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions or other charges that are legally required or assessed.
