Who should apply?

Coaches across the world working at, or stepping into, the professional game. We highly recommend completing Level 3 Professional first, but it is not a requirement.

How many coaches are on each cohort?

Just 15, with four intakes a year. The small group makes for real peer-to-peer learning and time with Gary Kirsten.

How does the application work?

Apply online for the cohort you want. We review every application, and if you're accepted, paying the first instalment secures your place. You meet everyone at the orientation webinar.

How do I pay the course fee?

The $2,000 fee is paid in two instalments of $1,000: the first 7 days before your cohort starts, the second by the end of week 4. Or pay it all up front. Paying the first instalment secures your place and lets you meet your cohort before the course starts.

How much time will it take?

Plan for 10–15 hours of self-driven study a week over the eight weeks, followed by a feedback week and graduation.

How am I assessed?

Ten examinations and five applied assignments, completed through the two phases and marked with personal feedback. Graduate with a combined score of over 70%.

What live sessions are there?

An orientation webinar, workshop sessions in Weeks 2 and 6, webinars in Weeks 4 and 8, and a graduation call, all with Gary Kirsten. Every session is recorded.

When does the next cohort start?

The next cohort begins 1 February 2027. There are four cohorts a year, listed under Upcoming cohorts. Places are limited to 15 coaches.
